According to updated CBP statistics for the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), 471 shipments, representing over $30 million in shipment value, have been denied entry in Customs’ 2023 FYTD (starting October 1). CBP’s UFLPA dashboard provides a dynamic view of affected entries across a broad range of commodities.
