UFLPA Region Alert enhancement to ACE

On March 18, 2023, US CBP will deploy the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Region Alert enhancement to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). The enhancements will provide early notification of goods that may have been produced in the Xinjiang and subject to exclusion from importation.
