The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has determined that U.S. producers of disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids have been materially injured by imports from China sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the government of China. The U.S. Department of Commerce will issue antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) orders.
