Import restrictions on aluminum extrusions

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has identified an importer suspected of evading antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CV) orders on aluminum fence merchandise. CBP is implementing interim actions against the importer. Interested parties can submit allegations of evasion under the Enforce and Protect Act.
