The International Trade Administration (ITA) has put into effect a final rule, effective April 24, which a wide range of changes to its regulations concerning antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings. These changes encompass the revision of procedures, the codification of practices, and the enhancement of methodologies aimed at addressing price and cost distortions, and countervailable subsidies.
