De Minimis Shipments Now Subject to FDA Review

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced that, effective July 9, all imports of Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-regulated products are subject to FDA requirements, regardless of value or quantity. This policy change eliminates all previous FDA communications that exempted de minimis shipments from FDA reporting requirements and regulations.
