ADD/CVD orders on solar cells and modules for Southeast Asian manufacturers

The US Department of Commerce issued final determinations that solar cells and modules assembled in Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam (“Southeast Asian countries”) using components from China and exported to the US are circumventing antidumping (ADD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders, unless specified certifications for exceptions apply.
