WTO rules in favor of US agricultural exporters

The WTO ruling marks a significant win for US agricultural exporters who suffered losses of over $27 billion in 2018-2019 due to China’s retaliatory tariff actions to US aluminum and steel tariffs. The ruling could be stalled in appellate court though, where the US has blocked appointments to the body.
