Panama Canal gets rain relief

The Panama Canal Authority postponed additional draft restrictions scheduled for July 9 as heavy rains have brought relief to drought conditions impacting canal water levels. Vessel queues have formed with wait times for Neopanamax container ships reaching 10 days.
