U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reported collecting more than $1 billion in duty revenue in 2025 from more than 246 million low-cost shipments following the phaseout of the de minimis exemption.
CBP also reported an 82% increase in seizures of low-value goods that were found to be unsafe or non-compliant.
