ONE and Wan Hai pay $2.65M in civil penalties

Ocean Network Express (ONE) and Wan Hai Lines have agreed to pay a combined $2.65 million in penalties for unreasonable pricing practices related to detention charges. Both carriers will also issue refunds to impacted shippers.
