Starting July 1, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) will begin accepting requests to add additional automobile parts to the list of imports subject to the 25% Section 232 tariffs.
Requests may be submitted during designated 14-day windows each quarter—in January, April, July, and October.
