According to Xeneta’s CLIVE Data Services, air cargo capacity increased by 7% YoY in April as carriers launched summer flight schedules. Capacity in the Europe–North America trade is up 26% alone. The increased capacity, coupled with lagging demand, is driving down spot rates.
