The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is soliciting comments on unfair foreign trade practices that may be subject to tariffs or other actions aimed at achieving reciprocal trade relations. A presidential memorandum requires USTR to investigate non-reciprocal trade arrangements by April 1 and propose remedies.
