The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has issued its Section 301 determination on fees for foreign-built vessels docking at U.S. ports.
Fee collection will begin on October 14, 2025, with annual increases set to take effect starting April 17, 2026, and continuing over the following two years.
