ITC Seeks Input on China’s PNTR Status and Biotech Practices

The International Trade Commission (ITC) is soliciting input until April 13 as part of a factfinding investigation into the potential impact of revoking permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) treatment for all products from China.

Additionally, the ITC is conducting a separate investigation to examine Chinese state support and pricing practices in the biotechnology sector, and how these practices may be affecting the market share and competitiveness of the U.S. industry.
