HSU 2601 and 2602 – Latest Harmonized System Update

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released two Harmonized System Updates (HSUs) in January.

HSU 2601 includes 18 Automated Broker Interface (ABI) records and 9 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) records, including Section 232 semiconductor updates.

HSU 2602 covers Fall 2025 484(f) HTS updates and the 2025 Cotton Fee Assessments.
