Global air cargo demand grew 5% year over year in July, as shippers increasingly used air freight to avoid U.S. tariffs. Despite the higher volumes, average spot rates continued to decline.
Capacity pressures were seen across major trade lanes, with Southeast Asia–North America recording the steepest rate drop.
