CBP sees a decline in forced labor enforcement actions

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) cited the implementation of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) as a driver of reduced forced labor enforcement actions on import shipments.  The current decline might also be a result of seasonal shipping patterns and lower cargo volumes from China to the US.
