FMC enforces carrier compliance with ‘no-retaliation’ rules

The US Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) is asking the top 20 ocean carriers to provide information on their compliance with anti-retaliation measures included in the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022 (OSRA), which prohibits retaliation against a company that has lodged a complaint.
