Final Ruling on Customs Broker Modernization Regulations

CBP published two final rules for the Modernization of the Customs Broker Regulations and the Elimination of the Customs Broker District Permit Fee. The effective date for both Final Rules is December 19, 2022 and will require importers and brokers to re-evaluate their policies and procedures.
