U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has extended the in-transit exception related to IEEPA reciprocal tariffs. The extension applies to tariffs that took effect on April 5, 9, and 10, 2025.
Initially set to expire on May 28, the in-transit exception has now been extended through June 16, 2025.
This temporary guidance remains in place while the stay of the United States Court of International Trade (CIT) judgment is active.
