BIS Expands Section 232 Product List

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is issuing a Federal Register notice adding 407 new HTSUS subheadings to the Section 232 steel and aluminum list.

These products will be subject to 50% tariffs for entries or withdrawals from warehouse for consumption on or after 12:01 a.m. EDT on Aug. 18.
