The Port of Corpus Christi has completed its $625 million Channel Improvement Project, deepening the ship channel to 54 feet and widening it to 530 feet. Started in 2017, the upgrade allows safe passage for larger vessels and supports efficient transport of crude oil, LNG, and other commodities.
