- At the opening of eligibility, C.H. Powell Company filed its
application and Memorandum of Understanding for the Customs-Trade
Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). Recognizing the importance of
supply chain security, our Compliance Function is working directly with
customers on C-TPAT awareness and enrollment.
